Research summary

Aimi Yusof is a DPhil candidate at the Department of Public Health studying Research Ethics Committees (REC). Aimi holds a degree in Medicine and is registered as a qualified medical practitioner with the Malaysian Medical Council. Finding interest in Medical Ethics and Law, she completed a Master degree in Health and Medical Law at the University of Melbourne. Her DPhil thesis work will be supervised by Dr Mark Sheehan and will focus on studying the moral legitimacy of the REC Process in South East Asia and is supported by the Malaysian Government.
